Akkrin Store

Akkrin started his journey as a traditional artist and then as a digital artist . He usually combines traditional techniques with a modern style, like his digital acrylics on canvas. But his imagination never stops and he is always looking for ways to express his feelings, thoughts and infinite alternatives to see life.

He loves arts from many perspectives, respects the nature as it is without questioning, and finds himself every day with his creations..

What is your background in art? How did you get into crypto art? I’m a computer science student. I got into art about 2 years ago, when realized I could use programming as an artistic expression tool, and went from there. Why do you create digital art? It's a way to express myself, and it’s fun! It’s interesting learning new things to apply in my own way and see how my style develops. What is your process of creation? It begins with an idea which I then carry out. Mostly it feels like a process of exploration to find a model, after which I move onto ‘polishing’ the piece: picking, sizes, colors and other details to reach the end piece. The goal of my pieces is to bring the viewer to a relaxed, meditative state. In all of them there’s abstract meaning to be found. Has crypto art impacted your life? It has definitely impacted my life in a positive way, it's become a creative outlet that I appreciate a lot and it has allowed me to dedicate more time to art than I previously could. Any advice for people thinking about joining crypto art? It’s important to be honest with yourself about your motivation to join. If you don’t know why you’re doing it it’s probably a good idea to give the thought some time until you find an answer coming from your heart. Otherwise it can be a trying thing that will tire you out. Anything else you would like to add? Creativity is inside of all of us. Even though I always saw myself as a numbers person and thought I would never really get into art, once I found a tool to apply the things that I learned in a completely different area I fell in love with it. It’s a different way to express what we feel and think, and it’s something we all have access to. When you're drawn towards art, work becomes play.
